EtherY sources

The EtherY sources here have been supplied by Castle Technology Ltd, via
myself, Justin Fletcher.

EY-GPL.zip 
    The original, unmodified sources as supplied by Castle.
EtherY-JF.zip
    My local, modified copy of those sources.
   
The only changes which have been made to my copy are to ensure that it
builds and to begin work on making it 32bit compatible - purely because I
was surprised that it was not already 32bit capable.
