In the mistaken belief that InfoZip's unzip tool required ZLib, I downloaded
the latest version of ZLib and compiled it up. In the process I discovered
that the RISC OS makefiles were out of date.

I've updated them and written a very simple ReadMe file to cover the
building with the Acorn compiler. I don't know or use the GCC compiler so I
can't comment on that. I would like to pass this back to the maintainers
such that it can be incorporated into later versions. It's not a huge change
over the old makefile, but rather than everyone making the same changes,
it's easier to have it all integrated.
